Sole survivor of a tribe that mastered pure light magic, Elia Shadowrend was taken in by the sage Boggald and forged her strength in the pain of loss.
Backstory
Elia Shadowrend was born in a mysterious tribe that was known for their ability to cast spells of pure light. The tribe was tragically exterminated by evil forces when Elia was just a youth. She was rescued by a person by the name of Boggald, and became the sole survivor of her tribe. Since then, she has honed her combat skills and spellcasting under Boggald’s tutelage.
Skills
Glacial Fall
Summons a blizzard within a certain radius around the target, dealing massive damage to up to 3 enemy Troops in the area (DMG Factor 2,450). For each additional target hit, the DMG dealt to each individual target is reduced by 15%.

Frozen Realm
While the blizzard is active, 3 random targets within the area will have their MOV SPD reduced by 7%.

Swift Shot
Elia’s Troop’s basic attack DMG is increased by 3.6%, and MOV SPD is increased by 6.3%.

Penny Pincher
When taking skill damage, immediately recover 35 Rage. The unit that caused the skill damage will also have a 20% chance to enter a “Silence” state for 3 seconds. This effect can be triggered at most once within 6 seconds.
